Over thirty years ago Gabriel Lightfriend felt an inspiration to record his reflections on life. The accumulation of these meditative thoughts form the foundation for his book Flowers of Light.

Gabriel lives in the Pacific Northwest where he continues to pursue his writing, photography and gardening. He is currently working on his next book about a family stricken with health issues, the realizations they encounter and positive choices they make. It is titled A Brighter Life.
